GregRichards is a pioneering DJ and radio presenter, also known as DJ Techno, and one of the original voices of Sunrise FM, East London’s legendary radio station. Since first stepping on the airwaves in 1988, GregRichards has been shaping the sound of East London’s club and radio scene.
His journey began at just 16 years old, when he discovered a lifelong passion for music, DJing, and radio broadcasting. Over the years, GregRichards has hosted shows on Sunrise FM 88.75 alongside iconic DJs like Rat Pack, Ellis Dee, Peter Stapleton, BadBoy West, and Andy M. From gigs at the Thames Barrier Arms in Woolwich to the unforgettable chalet raids at Camber Soul Weekenders, his early career was filled with legendary moments.
In 2005, GregRichards returned to the airwaves under his real name, broadcasting across East and South East London, Essex, and online. Today, he continues to share his love of music with a new generation of listeners, blending classic soul, house, and club tracks that keep fans coming back.
